Cancellation Policy
We aim to keep the process simple and customer-friendly. Please review the points below to understand how cancellations work at Maveno Hub.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can request a cancellation before your order is sent from our warehouse.
To cancel your order:

Please mention your order number in the message.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and begin a full refund within 1–2 business days.
Requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or any channel outside our official support routes will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still want to cancel, please accept the package and raise a return request as per our Return and Refund Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation
COD orders may need confirmation by call or message.
Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated COD cancellations may limit the COD option for future purchases.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will start a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days based on bank timelines.
5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order if:
• The item is unavailable
• The address is incorrect or incomplete
• The payment appears risky or flagged by our system
You will receive a full refund if payment was already made.
