Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order safely and on time across India. Please read this policy before placing your order on www.mavenohub.com.

1. Shipping Locations
We ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, XpressBees, ShadowFax, and other logistics providers.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Prepaid orders are dispatched first. COD orders may require verification through a call or message before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
A delivery fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
In rare cases, remote location charges may apply. Customers will be informed before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive:
• A confirmation message or email with your tracking number
• A direct tracking link for real-time updates

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

6. Delays and Unserviceable Areas
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or restrictions outside our control.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you for cancellation and issue a full refund.

7. Missed or Undelivered Packages
If the courier is unable to deliver due to the recipient being unavailable, they may attempt a second delivery.
If the package returns to us because of unreachable contact details or incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD is available at select pin codes.
A small handling charge may apply (if applicable).
All COD orders require verification before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

9. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside India.
