1. When will my order arrive?
Most orders reach in 3–5 working days. You will get tracking details once the order is shipped.
2. How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to you by email or SMS after dispatch. You can check your order status anytime through that link.
3. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns for wrong or damaged items within 5 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is required.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
5. What payment options do you offer?
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
6. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 8–15 working days after the return is approved.
