Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when you shop with Maveno Hub. If something isn’t right, we’ll assist you with a smooth return or exchange. Please read this policy before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered
• The request is submitted within 5 days of delivery
• A full unboxing video is provided showing the issue clearly (damage, defect, or wrong item)

Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 5 days will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
• Opened or used personal care and hygiene items
• Perishable or fragile goods such as candles or wax-based items
• Customized or made-to-order items (unless defective)
• Digital products

3. Return Process
To request a return:
• Email us at mavenohub@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery
• Share your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video
• After approval, we will guide you on pickup or self-shipping

Return Shipping & Fees:
• Pickup is available only at select pin codes
• If pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship
• A ₹100 return and restocking fee applies to all accepted returns and will be deducted from the refund

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges in these cases:
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
• Size exchange for eligible items (subject to stock availability)

Conditions for exchanges:
• Must be requested within 5 days of delivery
• Only one exchange is allowed per order
• A ₹150 handling fee may apply for size-related exchanges

5. Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method within 8–15 working days
• COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
• Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable

Refunds will not be granted if:
• The item shows signs of use
• Original packaging is missing
• The unboxing video is not provided
• The return is rejected after inspection

6. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
• Refunds for prepaid cancellations are processed within 1–2 working days
• Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue
• Requests without the required video cannot be approved
